Hi I'm Sam, I have been dedicated to helping people acheive their Fitness goals for over 20years. I am a retired International athlete competing for GB in both Shot Putt and Discus. I have also played rugby at a national level and in 2010 was Whiltshires Strongest man. I attended The University of Bath and coached people of various abilities up to Olympic athletes. Now I am a mobile PT and an online coach ready to drive you towards your goals.
